Shrink Wrapping

Shrink wrapping is used to meet a myriad of packaging needs such as protecting sharp or fragile products during shipping and handling, enhance product presentation and draw attention and interest at the retail shelf building brand loyalty or to provide package opening and storage convenience. Shrink wrap usually takes the form of a clear, or printed, film applied to products to protect them from dust, pests, surface contamination and moisture. A shrink wrap system can be used for items as small as stationery and confectionery or pharmaceuticals through to larger items such as multi-packs or bundles. Shrink wrap can also be found as a safety sealant on jars and bottles.
