FILM Are perforated films available? Yes, our range of CLYSAR Polyolefin shrinkfilms can be supplied with perforations. Please contact us to request a sample roll or quotation. back to top Can my film material be printed? Yes, our range of CLYSAR Polyolefin, Polypropylene & Polythene films can printed to customers requirements. We would be pleased to send samples upon request. back to top Why do you have different grades of polyolefin shrink films? Stocking different grades of Polyolefin shrinkfilm allows us to meet all types of shrink wrapping, from a few sheets of paper to a louvre door, with hopefully next day delivery. back to top Do you offer a call off order facility? We are only too pleased to offer call off order facilities which ensures that your material will always be in stock when you require it. back to top How quickly is film delivered? We hold Polyolefin, PVC & Polythene films in stock in an extensive range of widths & thicknesses and we aim for material to be delivered on a next day service. back to top GENERAL I don't want to pay for the system outright. Are other options available such as finance companies? We are only too pleased to deal directly with your finance provider and have done so for a large number of existing customer. Alternatively we can supply you with a list of providers. back to top I want to part exchange my existing machine. It is possible? We will always endeavour to offer a trade in of existing machine, this of course will be dependant on the make, model, age & condition. back to top We have a special requirement within the machine. Can this be changed? We have extensive knowledge of modifying standard systems to suit customers requirements. back to top How do I choose the right shrink wrapping machinery supplier? Should I just go for the cheapest? We feel that experience, continuity of supply and after sales service should all be taken into consideration when choosing a packaging machine. back to top Can I hire shrink wrapping equipment prior to purchasing? Erapa (UK) Limited have hired machinery to hundreds of companies, prior to purchase, to enable them to carry out production trials and ascertain if the machine is suitable for the application (this will be suject to the correct machine being available). back to top Can I see your Shrink wrappers in action and get some of my products shrink wrapped on your machinery? We wlecome all customers to our showrooms in Luton to see our range of flexible packaging machinery in operation on your own products. On occasion we can also arrange for on site demonstrations to be carried out in your own production environment. back to top Why is backup and support so important when you buy a shrink wrapping machine? At Erapa (UK) Limited we pride ourselves in our service back up & after sales support. we feel that it is important to assist our customer with the initial correct specification of the machinery require and then continue to assist until the machine is operational an in production. Our service department provide excellent service back up both over the telephone and on site. back to top Do you keep spare parts on the shelf in the UK? Erapa (UK) Limited can supply almost any machine spare part from our stocks on a next day delivery.
